A salesperson must make a friend of the telephone. In this program we cover the elements of cold calling, the fears of
cold calls, scripts to use, techniques to try and more. We role-play telephone situations and work toward building confidence
within the salesperson to "have a reason" to call. Voice mail is a fact of life and we work on the message to leave in voicemail
as well as discussing all the technology that will impact getting through to make appointments.
Duration: 2 days
Minimum 6 students
