Time is a finite resource and must be spent wisely. This program covers how to manage time and territory. "Prime selling" time will be emphasized because each salesperson only has so many hours in a day to sell.

Topics include:

  • Balancing Your Life and all the components that are important to your goal planning and achievement, setting priorities, low priority items, self-discipline and how to gain persistence in controlling time management.

  • Prime Territory Management will cover how to set-up an efficient territory and how to design a territory to work for the salesperson.

  • Duration: 2 days
